This is a naturally processed (dry) Yirgacheffe coffee cultivated by Tarekegn Guta Bire from the village of Tulise. It is a well-sorted grade 2 and is among the first batches to arrive this year, meaning it’s very fresh.
This coffee is mainly characterized by peach notes combined with subtle floral undertones and a fascinating savory finish. The body is robust, making it a great option for blending with another coffee that might be a bit thin and bright to enhance mouthfeel and add a touch of character and nuttiness.
